Founded in 1989, this Company started as a textile trading company known as "Hsu Chu Co., Ltd.". Understanding that an enterprise's everlasting operation depends on R&D and enhancement of the quality of products, the founder, Mr. Lai Ming-Tsung, started up the Jhih Cheng Non-woven Co., Ltd. in Lu Chu Hsiang, Taoyuan County and made great efforts to develop related manufacturing technology and conduct R & D. In 1997, the Guangzhou Quan Yong Non-woven Co., Ltd., an affiliate of this Company, was founded in the Huang Pu Development Zone of the Guangdong Province of China, increasing our competitiveness by means of its lower manufacturing cost.
Over the past 15 years, equipped with expertise, this Company was devoted to the R&D and production of stitch-bond non-woven fabrics. At present, this Company has the biggest market share in Taiwan, as far as stitch-bond non-woven fabrics is concerned.
